SYNOPSIS

“서울에 모인 시민들을 향해 함성 시작!”
5월부터 9월까지 울산 롯데백화점 앞, 울산대공원 동문광장에 모였던 촛불의 기록.

DIRECTING INTENTION

울산에서도 5월부터 9월까지 촛불문화제가 진행되었다. 서울처럼 많은 시민들이 모이지는 않았지만 지역의 특성이 반영된 촛불문화제였다. 촛불문화제에 나온 시민들의 자유발언들을 재밌는 부분과 열받는(또는 열받은) 부분으로 나눠 촛불 섹션 의도(재밌거나, 열받거나)에 맞춰 만들었다.(이건 순전히 출품을 위해서다.)

SYNOPSIS

"Let's start a shout to the citizens in Seoul!" This film is a document on the candle lights in Ulsan; in front of Ulsan Lotte Department Store and at the East Gate Square of Ulsan Amusement Park from May to September.

DIRECTING INTENTION

We had a candle light cultural festival in Ulsan from May to September. Although there were not as many people as Seoul, it was the candle light festival with local characteristics. I divided a funny part and a mad part (or a pissed off part) of free speeches by the citizens in the festival, and created the film for the intentions of this candle lights section (whether it is fun or pissed) of this film festival. (This is only for this festival screening.)
