SYNOPSIS

9th June, 1994. A day in Seoul.

DIRECTING INTENTION

If ten million people were living in Seoul, it means that there are ten million different versions of Seoul. The collective gaze of each and every one of these individuals, will comprise a mosaic of one, complete Seoul. Such cross section of the city, possibly called a CT scan of the city, would reveal its entire existence, its past, present, and future. Despite this being merely a record of a single day of our lives, it is a true record nonetheless, and the proof of our very existence. And these records will be left behind as a memento, a time capsule for future generations to look back and reflect upon. Anybody may become an artist on such a day. And my role is to inspire as many people as I can, to become one.
