Zezhu lived a simple life in a small house in a countryside. One day he met a sick deaf girl named Xiangshu. She fled to the countryside inorder not to be caught by the police, because she killed a man who attempted to violate her.Zezhu took care of this girl very carefully and Xiangshu became better and better. Zezhu's house became increasingly warm because of Xiangshu. Gradually they strongly relayed on each other. Suddenly, Zezhu saw his dead mother through this gril since his mother was also a deaf woman. There were two kinds of feelings inside of the Zezhe, one was hate for he thought that his lost of the arms were due to his mother. And the other was missing as his mother was killed by the train just because he didn't tell her the fact. Because of the missing and sin in his heart, he became more and more painful. As time went by, the love between Zezhu and Xiangshu became deeper and deeper but at the same time Zezhu was more and more painful inside because of his mother. Finally he ended his life in the same way as his mother.

Although original instinct of disabled people has been shaped and pretended to be different from ordinary people, it still contains some kind of sincerityof human beings. Disabled people can not even enjoy the least of what ordinary people enjoy. In some degree, they depart from the whole society and become the buttom layer of our society. Original instinct can easily showed unintentionally from these people. In this point of view, their soul can directly and effectively show us the instict of the human kind. This movie tells the audience a story of a young man without arms and a deaf girl. Both of them who have special background meet together accidentallyand share their love day by day.
