SYNOPSIS

This is a documentary dealing with the mysterious death of First Lieutenant Kim, Hoon, in February of 1998 at Panmunjeom. A death of a young officer was conveniently buried under the files by ending the investigation with the result 'suicide'. Through this process, infringement of human rights by the government, unscrupulous intellectuals who praise these government policies, journalists who are chasing after sensational stories rather than investigating the truth, judicial department trying to cover up for the defence department by handing out rulings that contradict with each other, and the US army troops stationed in Korea quietly trying to cover up the mess although they know the details of the incidents, are all shown in the film.
