Miso live from day to day by housekeeping. Her only hope of the day is cigarette and whisky. After a year, the government double the cigarette price. Miso decided to give up her house for cigarette and whisky and wander friend's house. This is story of many people who decided to give up their something to live in Seoul.

For the ones who love cigarettes, or once loved cigarettes, drinkers short on rents,
the poor being poor for what they want. My film is a ‘hello’ to you, struggling together in this cold brutal city, Seoul.
