SYNOPSIS

DIRECTING INTENTION

This is a story about Jong Tae Kim and his followers. He committed suicide by burning himself to make known what happened in Kwangju in May of 1980 in grievance of its citizens and students who were massacred by the military How much can the world be changed by one person's self-burning? How could have we endured the dark time without so many heroes' sacrifices?
