SYNOPSIS
1994년 6월 9일, 서울의 하루
DIRECTING INTENTION
서울에 1천만 명이 살고 있다면 1천만 개의 서울이 있는 것이다. 그 하나 하나의 시선을 모으면 하나의 서울로 모자이크되어 드러날 것이다. 이것은 서울이란 거대한 도시를 CT 촬영 하듯 어느 시간의 단면을 찍으면 이를 통해 과거와 현재 그리고 미래를 유추해 보게 될 것이다. 비록 단 하루를 기록하지만 이것은 우리 삶의 어느 하루의 기록이며, 이 날의 기록은 나중에 그 시대를 돌아 볼 수 있는 타임 캡슐이 될 것이라고 본다.
그날 하루만큼은 누구나 예술가가 될 수 있다. 나의 역할은 많은 사람들에게 상상력을 주어 누구나 예술가가 되게 하는 것이다.

SYNOPSIS
9th June, 1994. A day in Seoul.
DIRECTING INTENTION
If ten million people were living in Seoul, it means that there are ten million different versions of Seoul. The collective gaze of each and every one of these individuals, will comprise a mosaic of one, complete Seoul. Such cross section of the city, possibly called a CT scan of the city, would reveal its entire existence, its past, present, and future. Despite this being merely a record of a single day of our lives, it is a true record nonetheless, and the proof of our very existence. And these records will be left behind as a memento, a time capsule for future generations to look back and reflect upon. Anybody may become an artist on such a day. And my role is to inspire as many people as I can, to become one.
