SYNOPSIS
1972년 늦가을 강원도 산골. 첫 휴가를 나온 인호는 읍내와 부대사이에 위치한 안변식당을 찾아간다. 마당에 잔뜩 쌓인 눈을 치워주고 국밥도 얻어먹고 술도 얻어먹은 인호는 그날 밤 안변식당의 작부인 창희와 잠자리를 같이 한다. 다음날 새벽에 눈을 뜬 인호는 어릴 적부터 지니고 있던 흔해빠진 은가락지를 창희에게 주고는, 어릴 때 누나와 헤어진 장소에 가볼 거라며 도망치듯 안변식당을 나선다. 창희는 넋이 나간 체 인호가 사라진 길을 바라보는데...

SYNOPSIS
It's secluded place in mountain of Kangwon-do . Korea in 1972. A warorphan, In-ho has the first vacation from the army. But since he has no place to go, he goes restaurant called 'Ahn-byun' which is located between the town and the army base. After helping the cleaning of the restaurant, he gets food and the drinks and eventually he spends the night wigth waitress. Chang-hee Next morning he happens to show his ring to her and talks about where he lost his sisther...
