SYNOPSIS
영국의 이름난 컬트 소설가 이안 맥완Ian McEwan의 단편을 원작으로 한 이 영화에서 주인공 필(이완 맥그리거)은 모든 것을 갖춘 전도 유망한 젊은이이다. 그러던 어느날 그는 증조할아버지가 남기고 간 일기장을 편집해주는 조건으로 유산 2만 5천 파운드를 상속 받을 수 있다는 아버지의 편지를 받는다. 증조 할아버지는 일기를 마치기 전 미스터리하게도 사라져 버렸고 그는 이제 섹시하고 미스테리한 집착과 사랑의 공식을 따라 현재와 과거를 오간다.

SYNOPSIS
Solid Geometry is the the story of a young couple Phil and Maisie. Phil has a successful career in advertising. They are a typical happy, young married couple in Edinburgh until Phil inherits his great grand-father's diaries from the 19th century. He becomes obsessed with editing them, to the exclusion of everything else-including Maisie. Gradually, their relationship becomes fractured.
