One winter, a note circulates spreading rumors, stirring up the Korean Military Academy. Jiwoo, who despite his confident attitude hasn’t secured a recommendation letter, and Hoon, a graduate dreaming of assisted suicide in Switzerland, encounter someone else at the Academy during the quiet night.

In the past, there was a societal saying that referred to the TV as a ‘fool's box,"’ suggesting that becoming addicted to it would make one foolish. Today, we often fall into illusions created by the numerous, sensational, and indiscriminate stimuli from various media. Money, class, power, fame. Everything that can fit into a rectangular frame is displayed all over the world, regardless of race, age, or gender. In a society that generates such colorful illusions, where are we headed? This film began with that question.
