The homeless after lay offs. I met some guys around Seoul Station in summer, 1998 while I worked for a documentary. The poor with low income and low education without house and family during the economic crisis under the management of IMF had no choice but to live on the street with unemployment. And 10 years have been passed and now it’s 2007. Most of guys I met died on the street; still many people are pushed to the street, and over 300 homeless people die on the street a year. Where is a hope in the situation that people are still poor even though they work?
