SYNOPSIS

An woman is breaking dawn, a woman climbs Bukhansan- "North Korean Mountain".

DIRECTING INTENTION

The woman in the film is a North Korea defector, KIM Bok-ju, who came to South Korea for a better life. She is a singer and never stops singing all day. Anxiety and yearning for peace and unification of the nation is represented through the songs of her, who are roaming between meeting and parting, hopes and despair, existence and non-existence. Her songs and life remind us of the feelings we neglected for a long time.
