SYNOPSIS
G-Voice is the first and only gay men’s choir in South Korea. With the concert only days ahead, G-Voice is asked to perform at an open wedding of a gay couple, where members are assaulted by a homophobic group. As much as they are insulted and angered, it gradually becomes a chance to ponder such questions as what it means to live as homosexuals in South Korea.
Will G-Voice’s 10th anniversary concert successful?
DIRECTING INTENTION
Song of G-Voice dreams a miracle which includes both arguing and harmony. Singing as gay choir means confrontation with fear in oneself as sexual minority, and struggle against prejudices also hoping harmony after all. Though it can be refused and the same decade might be passed as before, my friends will dream the most brave confession in the world.
