SYNOPSIS
On a Christmas eve, there is a young man in an underground studio feeding gold fish, eating noodles and watching TV. Suddenly the electricity fails and it blacks out. The whole town except his room is full of light. He is the sole man left in the blackness on the Christmas eve.
DIRECTING INTENTION
The contrast between underground and overground and black and light is designed to express social reality as a form of movie. My interest was to follow human consciousness trapped in a limited time and space. Instead of giving up a dramturgy, I wanted viewers to assimilate into a blackness on the screen visually.
