SYNOPSIS
A drunken man, a woman battered by her husband, and her husband gather and make a fuss in the police substation. A young policeman who just broke up with his girlfriend cannot afford to listen to the drunken man. A middle-aged policeman is confused while inquiring the battered wife and her husband who can't understand why his wife left him. The police substation is lit up like a lighthouse at the corner of the city people are confined in, and the wave of the people's episodes flows like a river.
DIRECTING INTENTION
We get struck dumb when falsely charged or too sad. We cannot afford to listen to others when we have a lot to talk. Those people flock to the police substation standing like a lighthouse in each district. I made a film with the police at the police substation which has undescribable sadness and episodes. I aim to produce a movie on the boundary between a documentary and a drama where both professionals and citizens act out in the virtual reality of the existential space. Characters take the main roles of each scene, which piles up to complete the whole plot. I hope this movie filmed a slot of the time will contribute as a way of human interactions.
