SYNOPSIS

This is a story of the graphic designer AHN Sang-soo who’s been immersed in Hangeul, the Korean alphabet. AHN Sang-soo font has achieved a revolutionary change in Korean typography history, and the designer pays his tribute to King SEJONG and the poet YI Sang, as a great designer and a typographer in Korean history.

DIRECTING INTENTION

This film combines visual and verbal images as if in a picture book appreciating the beauty of Hangeul gestalt, with voice-over narration by AHN Sang-soo.
