Eun-ju and Heung-ju are a middle aged couple who is visiting Chuncheon's Chungpyeong Temple for the first time in 30 years. As Eun-ju realizes on the way from the temple that she has lost her phone, they decide to head back to the area where they find the very place they had spent their first night together 30 years ago as a young couple. The couple's sleepless winter night unfolds as they decide to spend the night there. A journey through their unconscious unravels. While roaming around the temple, Eun-ju and Heung-ju come across an ex-lover, a friend, a young couple that spur them on to reflect on themselves. Back at the motel room where they reunite, Eun-ju and Heung-ju reveal their deepest thoughts. On a winter night, the couple finds themselves standing at a life's crossroad.
