SYNOPSIS

As a stranger in the United States, I often talked about the weather when I met my neighbors. I also talked about the weather with my Korean friends living in a different time zone, rather than talking about what was on my mind. Talking about the weather is comfortable, safe and lonely.

DIRECTING INTENTION

Creating new time and space by superimposing the time in US and the images in Korea with a time-lapse camera and films. Nostalgia gets meaning from the present screen and everyday life is saved by future longings.
