SYNOPSIS
The Saemangeum Seawall Project started in 1991 and is still ongoing after 30 years. An area that is roughly two-thirds the size of Seoul has been filled and an island called Gyehwado has become part of the land.
DIRECTING INTENTION
A letter to the people who have lost their sea—that perhaps the sea too remembers its own hometown.
