SYNOPSIS

A remote island in the area of North Korea,Seocho-do Island has an old story about ‘Outside World.’ This island belongs toDPRK and is blocked by DPRK marines. But one day, a blockade-runner is caught.He confesses that he wants to go into the Outside World.

DIRECTING INTENTION

If doing deny liberty in liberalism, is it a part of liberal thinking or is it negate for ideology called liberalism? We need to listening antiquity wisely words when can't find answer between a idea and a ideology. It's not wonderful fantasy but we will going to the silent places together and doing speculate. I was deeply impressed by Andrei Tarkovsky's ‘Stalker(Сталкер)’ and wanted to make a film for speculate and philosophy like as him. Even though shapeless film, I homage to him by humility.
