SYNOPSIS

Daechu-ri, Pyeongtaek of Kyung Ki Province, the new site for the US Army is already being forgotten as the images of ten
million soldiers and police force mobilized to ruin school playgrounds and put fences around rice fields, and houses crushed
by cranes are slowly fading away from our sight. Even the 9 o'clock news doesn't speak of them anymore.
But since December of 2005, butterflies are flying into Daechuri which is now legally the property of Ministry of Defence.
Butterflies that can't be defined by one color are slowly filling the empty spaces where the houses stood and rice used to
grow. They live by the people of Daechu-ri who nourish those empty spaces and plow the land, doing what they can to
regain their hometown.
