SYNOPSIS

80년대 흑백 분리주의가 기승을 부리던 남아프리카의 한 농장. 한 코사족(族)의 소년은 농장에 저당 잡힌 몸이다. 그의 백인 주인은 소년이 유일하게 마음을 붙일 수 있는 개에게마저 인종차별적인 훈련을 시켜 둘 사이를 떨어지게 한다. 10년 후, 다시 해후한 이들의 증오는 세월을 뛰어넘을 수 있을까?
