The track and field called “Diving” start at a stadium in Gangnam Station, which has the largest floating population in South Korea. It is not until the last scene of the film that a “Start” appears to announce the start of the game.

In 2021, when the world was examining the scars of the times due to COVID-19, what I chose from the sense of physical non-freedom that confined everyone was to become the "master of non-freedom." I imagined you inside and outside the screen witnessing a scene of diving through social limitations in the middle of Gangnam Station. I wanted to visualize this young generation’s attitude of becoming the diver of the world.
