Rookie nurse Ji-Hyon witnesses the sexual assault of an aestheticized patient by the director of the clinic where she works. She managed to record the crime secretly, but the video evidence provokes mixed responses from her fellow nurses, who are too afraid to take any action. After confronting one of the victims, Ji-Hyon decides to take the matter in her own hands.

This film is based on an actual event, although the details and characters have been modified. The hospital in which the crime occurred seems to reflect the evils of our society. It is a morass of hypocrisy, greed and prejudice. The film raises the question of an individual's ethics in an amoral environment.
