Asteroid No. 325 is a very tiny minor planet with 3 meters in diameter. There live a king who loves dressing up and an ordinary man who only takes about roses. A new cape of the king covers the asteroid almost second-third. One day the asteroid shakes over such big noise comes from somewhere. The king is so astonished that he looks around through a telescope and finds out that his new cape gets dirty as the ordinary man plows the ground.

In the context of nation, this film talks about a citizen whose hope is given away by an incompetent politician and also a man who has no other choice but to do something he doesnt really want in the context of individuals.
