While trying to escape poverty Jina is receiving free tutoring by Yoon-Jung’s older brother. Despite Jina’s efforts to look resilient in her situation, she is met with the reality of looking for thrown away workbooks near academies to continue her studies. One day, Yoon-Jung goes over to Jina’s house. Not even having ramen to eat, Jina is about to boil three eggs when her drunken father stumbles into the home. Even though Jina hopes to avoid the situation, her father reveals her weaknesses after all.
