DIRECTING INTENTION

This film tells about the death. Death is strange and scary. The eternal farewell to the person who we love, especially, is an intolerable wound. And the wound is hard to be healed. The death is something far bigger than human’s will.
The film shows the procedure of how a man, who has been suffered by meaningless his life after witnessing loving sister’s death, meets a woman and falls in love with her. Through the procedure, he is being free from the fear of death little by little. Also, he learns the warmth given by love is much more beautiful than the coldness exuded by death after she passed away.
In the film, his father says, “If the weather is warm enough, anything can blossom...” I hope this film could deliver the warmth like one day from childhood, the day we melting frozen hands in the sunshine under the eaves.
