Ji-soo, a literary boy who believes a mysterious being visited him as a child and granted him talent, finds school life dull. His only friend is Jong-yoon, a quirky science geek. One day, Hyeon-ju, a tomboyish soccer player, transfers to his class and immediately captures his attention. From that moment on, strange things begin to happen around Ji-soo.

When the well of talent I believed would last forever suddenly ran dry, and I was no longer able to shine, I once asked myself whether my past self and my present self were truly the same person. The simple answer - that I could persist not because of skill, but because of my love for the work - arrived, like a season, a beat late.
