SYNOPSIS
An old man having a friendly face was abandoned in a train station. His sincere endeavor to communicate with people fails. He can't relieve himself and goes without a meal. There is nothing remaining that he can do except waiting for someone all day long. To take a close look, his right hand is grasping something very tightly never spreading it out. He is in the process of something. But... A story of an old man abandoned with the senile dementia. All that we can do is a careful but warm-hearted observation.
DIRECTING INTENTION
In this work, there are 'Grandfather' who became a stuffed animal and the people whom he was likely to meet. My focus was put on the way of communication they had made to make a consistent tone for bringing up a theme of alienation with grotesque and spacial shots.
