At the peak of 1988 Summer Olympic Games, detectives OH and KIM reach a shabby motel with Hyun-soo, a murder suspect to inspect a homicide which was called 'motel room Fraktsiya murder'. They reenact the murder scene which was taken place a month ago.

The sequel mimics a 80s detective film to tell a satirical story of the weak who received little attention. These short films have three parts which correspond to the procedures for a criminal inspection. This film puts lots of effort to focus on so-called sandwiched people instead of right or left political polarization which often heavily spotlighted.
