2. ELIGIBILITY RULE
Anyone with Korean nationality (and who has a residence certificate or a resident registration card for overseas Koreans)
No matter the Subject/ Format/ Runtime, completed after Aug. 2022
3. SUBMISSION MATERIAL

- VIDEO FILE for SCREENING (through email: prog@siff.kr)

– Resolution: 1280*720 / 1920*1080
– Codec: H.264
– Format: MP4
– Volume: around 2G (maximum 3G)
※ Title of video file should be named as [FILM TITLE_DIRECTOR NAME]
※ Both of online application and video file must be submitted.
※ There should be Korean subtitles for the film in a foreign language.
※ Under 60mins is considered to be a short film.
