During the 1960s, on one of the countless islands in southern Korea, Sujeong lives on a rocky island where, as the eldest daughter, she stays busy working under her mother's strict commands. One day, she discovers a mysterious bundle of blanket on a hill.

The stories my mother often told me about my grandmother, the scenery and villagers I saw from grandmother's house, and grandmother's pale hazel-colored eyes.
I've tried to unravel these strangely persistent images and these memories that make us look back like tripping.
